Please read these terms carefully before using FFGR Belgium services. Last updated: May 2026. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and FFGR Belgium.
1. Service Provider
These terms govern the use of services provided by FFGR Belgium, operator of luxury transportation, executive protection, and concierge services with headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. By requesting or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Booking
Reservations are accepted via WhatsApp (+33 7 43 46 14 91), email (contact@ffgrbelgium.com), or our online contact form. All bookings are subject to availability confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation from FFGR Belgium.
3. Rates & Pricing
All rates are quoted individually based on itinerary, vehicle category, and service requirements. Quoted prices are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond 30 minutes, route modifications, additional stops, and special requirements.
4. Payment
Payment is accepted by bank transfer, credit card, or cash in EUR, USD, or GBP. Corporate accounts are available on application. FFGR Belgium reserves the right to require a deposit for large bookings, event logistics, or new client engagements.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before service: no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the quoted rate. No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours: 100% of the quoted rate. Executive protection and multi-vehicle events have specific cancellation terms provided at booking.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, flight information, and contact details. Clients must respect our vehicles and personnel. Damage to vehicles caused by clients will be charged at full replacement cost. FFGR Belgium reserves the right to refuse service to clients who are abusive or intoxicated.
7. Liability
FFGR Belgium carries full commercial vehicle insurance as required by Belgian law. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, acts of God, or events beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles.
8. Confidentiality
FFGR Belgium operates with complete discretion. All client information, itineraries, and travel details are treated as strictly confidential. Staff are bound by confidentiality agreements. We do not discuss client engagements with third parties.
9. Executive Protection Services
Executive protection services are provided by certified Close Protection Officers (CPO). These services are subject to specific operational protocols. FFGR Belgium does not guarantee outcomes in force majeure situations or where clients deviate from agreed security protocols.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
