**The Grandes Maisons: Private Visit Protocol**

**Ruinart** is the oldest Champagne house (1729) and offers a private access to the crayères, UNESCO-listed underground chalk cellars, with their head of international relations. This visit is not available to the public.
**Krug** offers "Krug Stories" format private visits with a maître de cave. For clients with a serious Krug relationship (or for purchases of specific magnitude), the Chef de Cave visit is possible.
**Moët & Chandon / Dom Pérignon**: separated visits to both houses in Épernay are possible on the same day. Dom Pérignon's cellar is distinct from Moët's standard visitor experience.
**The Grower-Producers**
