Airport to Hospital Transfer
Direct collection at Brussels Airport (BRU), Charleroi (CRL), or Liège (LGG) immediately after landing. Medical-grade vehicle preparation: spacious, climate-controlled, no fragrance, minimal sound. Your patient is in their hospital room, not waiting in a taxi queue.
Daily Hospital-Hotel Transfers
For patients receiving multi-day or multi-week treatment, FFGR Belgium provides daily scheduled transfers between hotel and hospital — confirmed time, same vehicle, same chauffeur. Families accompanying a patient can make additional journeys simultaneously in a separate allocated vehicle.
Post-Surgical Recovery Transport
Post-surgical transport requires a different standard — wide-door access, fully flat rear seating (Maybach S680 and Sprinter VIP), no sudden movements, complete privacy. FFGR Belgium coordinates with the hospital discharge team to prepare the vehicle for the specific recovery requirements.
Family Coordination
When a patient's family is based at a hotel or private residence, FFGR Belgium manages multiple daily movements — family member to hospital, patient to consultation, pharmacy collection, hotel transfers — as a single coordinated programme with one contact number.
Emergency Response
For clients with a current FFGR Belgium account, emergency medical transport within Belgium is available 24/7. Response time: vehicle on site within 15 minutes of Brussels city centre. Hospital arrival pre-notified where required.
Discretion Guarantee
All medical transport with FFGR Belgium is subject to absolute discretion protocols. Client identity, medical history, and hospital destination are never shared with third parties. Chauffeurs are bound by non-disclosure agreements. Vehicles carry no FFGR branding on request.

What vehicles are used for post-surgical transport?
For post-surgical patients, FFGR Belgium uses the Mercedes-Maybach S680 (wide rear doors, fully reclining individual seats, air suspension) or the Sprinter VIP (completely flat rear sleeping configuration). Both vehicles are prepared with protective upholstery and can accommodate medical equipment on request.
Can FFGR Belgium accommodate patients who cannot sit upright?
Yes. The Sprinter VIP configuration includes a fully flat rear section for patients who cannot sit upright following surgery. The vehicle is also suitable for post-operative patients travelling with medical drainage equipment or IV accessories. Please specify the requirements at booking.
Does FFGR Belgium work with Gulf-region patients?
Yes. FFGR Belgium regularly works with patients and families from the GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar) and from North Africa (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia) travelling to Belgian hospitals for oncology, cardiac, and orthopaedic treatments. Arabic-speaking coordination is available. WhatsApp is the preferred communication channel: +33 7 43 46 14 91.
Can FFGR Belgium arrange accommodation in Brussels?
FFGR Belgium's concierge service can arrange hotel accommodation near the treating hospital — including hospital-adjacent residences and serviced apartments for extended stays. Preferred partner hotels include the Brussels Marriott (city centre), Martin's Brussels EU near the EU Quarter, and residential serviced apartments in Woluwe for Saint-Luc patients.
Is the service available outside regular business hours?
FFGR Belgium medical transport is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Pre-arranged hospital discharges at night or early morning are confirmed at booking. Emergency response for existing account holders: 15-minute maximum arrival time from Brussels city centre.
How far in advance should we book?
For scheduled hospital appointments and post-surgical discharge, 24-48 hours advance notice is standard. For the day of surgery (pre-operative), 72 hours is recommended.
