Brussels Airport Meet & Greet — Private Chauffeur Arrival Service (BRU)

How FFGR Belgium meet-and-greet service at Brussels Airport works — flight tracking, arrivals hall, and seamless hotel transfer.

Brussels Airport (BRU, IATA code BRU, Zaventem) handles 26+ million passengers annually and is the primary arrival point for business and diplomatic travellers to the Belgian capital. The process by which a passenger moves from the aircraft door to a waiting vehicle involves approximately 35–55 minutes under normal conditions — passport control (non-Schengen arrivals), baggage claim, customs, and the arrivals hall. FFGR Belgium's meet-and-greet service is designed to compress this experience to its minimum and eliminate its uncertainty.

How it works: once your flight is confirmed, FFGR Belgium monitors your flight in real time via flight tracking systems (FlightAware, Eurocontrol data). Your driver knows your actual arrival time — not your scheduled arrival — before they position at the airport. For non-Schengen arrivals (from the UK post-Brexit, North America, Asia, Middle East), we build in appropriate passport control time. For Schengen arrivals, the process is faster. Either way, your driver has a pre-positioned estimate of when you will emerge from the arrivals hall.

At the arrivals hall: your driver stands with a personalised name board in the arrivals hall, in a uniform appropriate to the engagement. For corporate clients on regular accounts, many drivers become familiar faces — the transition from aircraft to vehicle becomes a recognised sequence. For first-time clients, the name board ensures instant identification in what can be a busy arrivals environment.

Name board customisation: at client request, FFGR Belgium can replace the standard name board with a company name or a discretely unmarked "FFGR" card for clients who prefer not to be identified publicly.

Vehicle positioning: the vehicle is positioned in the authorised drop-off/pickup zone or, for Rolls-Royce and Maybach clients, in the premium private parking with direct terminal access. The vehicle is pre-cooled or pre-heated to the client's standard preference (filed in their account profile for regular clients).

Flight monitoring: all BRU transfers include real-time flight monitoring at no additional charge. Delayed flights do not incur waiting time charges for the first 60 minutes beyond the originally scheduled arrival time.

BRU transfer rates from/to central Brussels: from €95 (S-Class, city), from €180 (Maybach), from €280 (Rolls-Royce Ghost). Includes meet-and-greet, flight monitoring, 60 minutes free waiting.
