The Ghost represents Rolls-Royce's response to a client who wants the Phantom's engineering excellence and material quality without its deliberate formality. The Post Opulent design philosophy, introduced with the current generation, removes the surface decoration that characterised earlier Rolls-Royce design and allows the quality of materials and proportion to speak without amplification.

The result is a vehicle that works as effectively in a contemporary corporate context as at a traditional formal occasion. The Ghost's illuminated fascia: a subtly backlit panel with the Rolls-Royce lettering and architectural detailing: is the defining visual element of the interior, replacing drama with precision.
