FFGR Belgium's private chef service brings Brussels' fine dining culture to your hotel suite or rented villa — a Michelin-trained chef, market ingredients, and full service at your table.
For clients who prefer the intimacy of a private dinner over the dynamics of a restaurant setting — for a confidential business dinner, a romantic occasion, a family celebration, or simply the preference for service in a private environment — FFGR Belgium's private chef service deploys a Michelin-trained chef to your hotel suite, private villa, or rented apartment in Brussels.
The FFGR Belgium private chef network: the chef is sourced from FFGR Belgium's curated network of former sous-chefs and chefs de partie from Brussels' starred restaurants. The client selects a cuisine preference and dietary requirements; the chef proposes a menu of 5-7 courses using that morning's produce from the Marché de la Boucherie or the Saint-Gilles market. Menu confirmation is 48 hours before service.
What is included: the chef (arrival 3 hours before service for mise en place), a service professional (for hotels: working with the hotel's existing tableware and linen; for private villas: FFGR Belgium brings tableware, linen, and glassware), a sommelier consultation (wine pairing proposed from the chef's recommendation; FFGR Belgium can source wines directly from Belgian importers), and post-service cleanup.
The hotel suite format: for clients at the Stanhope Hotel, the Hotel Amigo, or the Sofitel Le Louise, FFGR Belgium coordinates with the hotel's concierge to arrange kitchen access. Most Brussels luxury hotels can accommodate a private chef with 48 hours' notice; FFGR Belgium handles the coordination.
Private chef rates: 5-course dinner for 2 (chef + service professional): from €680. 7-course dinner for 4 (chef + 2 service professionals): from €980. Wine pairing (separate quotation based on selection). Minimum booking: 48 hours advance.
