Why the wall stays empty
Our clients do not do publicity
A permanent representation does not endorse suppliers. A family office does not sign quotes. A principal under protection does not confirm having been anywhere. Publishing their praise, even anonymised, would trade on the one thing they engaged us to protect.
An anonymous review proves nothing
A testimonial signed « Senior Official, Brussels » cannot be checked by anyone, which means it carries exactly as much weight as the page it is printed on. We would rather show you nothing than show you something unverifiable.
What ends an engagement is silence
The measure of an assignment for this clientele is that nothing about it ever surfaces: no photograph, no anecdote, no name. That standard applies to us first. Chauffeurs and coordinators work under confidentiality undertakings, during and after the engagement.
Verification still matters
Declining to publish reviews is not asking to be taken on faith. Licences, insurance and written arrangements are documented and checkable against public registers. The framework is the reference: it does not depend on who is willing to be quoted.
What we offer instead
Three ways to satisfy due diligence without asking anyone to perform enthusiasm in public.
The engagement file
Operator licence references, insurance certificates, written protection arrangements where they apply, and our data handling terms, assembled on request for your procurement or security review.
Private references
Where an institutional engagement warrants it, we ask an existing client privately whether they will speak with you. If they consent, the conversation is theirs, direct and unrecorded. We do not publish what is said, and consent is theirs to refuse.
A first assignment
The reference that settles the question. Start with a single transfer or a single day, judge the standard yourself, and scale the engagement only if the work earns it.
Questions we are asked
Why does FFGR Belgium not publish client testimonials?
Because our clients engage us, in part, so that their movements are never public. Diplomats, institutions and private principals do not endorse suppliers, and an anonymous quotation that no one can verify is not evidence of anything. We document what can be checked, licences, insurance and written arrangements, and we arrange private references where an engagement warrants it.
Can I speak to an existing client before engaging FFGR Belgium?
For substantial institutional engagements, we can ask an existing client privately whether they are willing to take your call. The decision is entirely theirs, the conversation is direct and unrecorded, and nothing said in it is published. Where no client wishes to be contacted, the engagement file and a first assignment are the honest alternatives.
How can I judge the standard before committing?
Request the engagement file, verify it against the public registers, then book a single assignment: one airport transfer, one day of service. Judge the vehicle, the chauffeur, the coordination and the follow-through yourself. We would rather be measured on the work than on adjectives.
Is anything about my own engagement ever published?
No. Itineraries, identities and destinations are shared only with the people operating the assignment. Vehicles carry no client marking, published photographs are reviewed so that faces and registration plates do not appear, and confidentiality undertakings survive the end of the engagement.
Be the judge yourself
Request the engagement file, or start with a single assignment and measure the standard directly.
