How do I book a service with FFGR Belgium?

Reservations are accepted via WhatsApp (+33 7 43 46 14 91), email (contact@ffgrbelgium.com), or our online contact form. We respond within 15 minutes 24/7. All bookings receive written confirmation from our operations team.

FFGR Belgium operates throughout Belgium (Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges, Liège, Namur, Mons) and into Luxembourg, Amsterdam, Paris, Monaco, Geneva, and London via the FFGR Group network. We serve 190+ destinations globally.

Which vehicles are available for chauffeur service?

Our fleet of 13 vehicles includes 5 Rolls-Royce (Phantom, Ghost, Cullinan, Dawn, Wraith), Mercedes-Benz Maybach S680, Bentley Flying Spur, Bentley Bentayga, Cadillac Escalade ESV, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Tesla Model S, and two Sprinter Executive VIPs for groups.

Do you offer executive protection services in Belgium?

Yes. Our Close Protection Officers (CPO) hold Belgian and international certifications. We conduct advance reconnaissance, route intelligence, and threat assessment for every principal movement. We have specialised protocols for NATO, EU institutional, and royal event environments.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 24 hours before service: no charge. Within 24 hours: 50% of the quoted rate. Within 2 hours or no-show: 100%. Executive protection and multi-vehicle events have specific terms provided at booking.

Does FFGR Belgium offer services for weddings and events?

Yes. Our wedding fleet begins with the Rolls-Royce Phantom for the principal vehicle. We coordinate motorcades for château ceremonies, church arrivals at the Cathédrale des Saints Michel et Gudule, and venue transfers. We manage all logistics through a single event coordinator.
