Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about FFGR Belgium's luxury chauffeur, airport transfers, fleet, and VIP concierge services.

Booking & Availability

How far in advance should I book a chauffeur in Belgium?+
For standard transfers, we recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance. For Rolls-Royce vehicles, special events, or airport pick-ups, 24 hours is preferred to guarantee your specific vehicle. For diplomatic events or large group movements, 48–72 hours is ideal. Emergency bookings are accepted via WhatsApp 24/7 based on fleet availability.
Is FFGR Belgium available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?+
Yes. FFGR Belgium operates continuously — 365 days a year, including public holidays, Christmas, and New Year. Our WhatsApp line (+33 7 43 46 14 91) is staffed at all hours. Night surcharges apply between 22:00 and 06:00.
Can I book a same-day chauffeur in Brussels?+
Yes, same-day bookings are accepted subject to fleet availability. Contact us via WhatsApp for the fastest response. We can typically confirm within 15 minutes during business hours.
Do you offer corporate account arrangements?+
Yes. Corporate clients can open an FFGR Belgium account with monthly invoicing, priority scheduling, dedicated account management, and negotiated rates for recurring routes. Contact us at contact@ffgrbelgium.com to discuss a corporate agreement.

Airport Transfers

Which Belgian airports does FFGR Belgium serve?+
We serve all four Belgian airports: Brussels Airport (BRU, 12km from central Brussels), Brussels South Charleroi (CRL, 55km), Antwerp International Airport (ANR, 50km from Brussels), and Liège Airport (LGG, 95km). We also coordinate transfers from nearby international airports including Eindhoven (EIN), Cologne Bonn (CGN), Düsseldorf (DUS), and Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG).
How do you track my flight for airport pick-ups?+
We use ACARS (Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System) — the same real-time flight data system used by airlines — to monitor your flight status from pushback through landing. This means your chauffeur is always at the correct position when you clear customs, regardless of early arrivals or delays. No additional action is required from you.
Is meet & greet included in airport transfers?+
Yes, our standard airport transfer includes: your chauffeur waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board, assistance with luggage, and vehicle positioning at the nearest parking area. For VIP arrivals, we offer full meet & greet with airside vehicle positioning — please mention this at booking.
What is the waiting time policy if my flight is delayed?+
For airport pick-ups, we include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the moment your flight lands. If your flight is significantly delayed (3+ hours), we will reschedule your driver at no additional charge. For non-airport pick-ups, 15 minutes complimentary waiting time applies.

Fleet & Vehicles

What vehicles are available in the FFGR Belgium fleet?+
Our fleet includes 13 vehicles across three categories: Ultra-Prestige (Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII, Ghost, Cullinan, Dawn, Wraith), Executive Prestige (Mercedes-Benz S-Class Maybach S680, Bentley Flying Spur, Bentley Bentayga, Mercedes S-Class, Cadillac Escalade ESV, Tesla Model S), and Group & Protection (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Executive VIP, Sprinter Maybach Edition for up to 12 passengers). All vehicles are less than 3 years old.
Are your Rolls-Royce vehicles genuine factory-built models?+
Yes. Every Rolls-Royce in our fleet is a genuine Rolls-Royce Motor Cars factory-built vehicle, not a conversion or replica. Our Phantom VIII, Ghost, and Cullinan are all delivered new from the Goodwood factory with bespoke specifications. We can provide manufacturer certificates upon request.
Can I request a specific vehicle for my transfer?+
Yes, vehicle selection is included at no additional charge. You can specify your preferred model when booking. If your requested vehicle is unavailable, we will offer the nearest equivalent or a complimentary upgrade.
Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi, refreshments and amenities?+
All vehicles include complimentary Wi-Fi, bottled mineral water, and phone charging cables (USB-A and USB-C). Rolls-Royce vehicles additionally feature noise-isolated cabins, ambient lighting controls, and tablet-based entertainment. We can prepare personalised refreshments — Champagne, specific mineral water brands, snacks — with advance notice.

Pricing & Payment

How is pricing calculated for chauffeur services in Belgium?+
Pricing is calculated based on journey distance, vehicle class, and additional services (meet & greet, waiting time, multi-stop). Flat fixed rates apply to common routes such as Brussels Airport transfers and popular inter-city journeys. Hourly rates are available for full-day chauffeur hire. Contact us for a personalised quote — WhatsApp responses are typically received within 15 minutes.
Are there additional charges I should be aware of?+
Night surcharges apply between 22:00 and 06:00 (typically 20%). Public holiday rates apply on Belgian national holidays and over Christmas/New Year. Cross-border transfers may include tolls and country supplements. All applicable charges are disclosed transparently before booking confirmation — there are no surprise charges.
What currencies and payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major currencies (EUR, GBP, USD, CHF, and others). Payment methods include bank transfer, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and for established corporate accounts, monthly invoicing. Cryptocurrency payments can be arranged for long-term clients on request.

What confidentiality standards do you apply to client information?+
FFGR Belgium operates under strict confidentiality protocols. Client identity, movements, itineraries, and any information shared during service engagement is treated as strictly confidential. Professional NDAs are available for diplomatic and high-profile clients.
Can FFGR Belgium coordinate transport for diplomatic events at NATO or EU institutions?+

A full day trip from Brussels to Frankfurt is very feasible: depart Brussels 07:00, arrive Frankfurt 09:30, full working day or cultural programme, depart Frankfurt 18:00, return to Brussels 20:30. FFGR Belgium offers three Frankfurt programmes: Executive Circuit from €340 (S-Class, transfer), Financial District Circuit from €620 (Maybach, ECB + Börse + Michelin lunch), and Rolls-Royce Grand Tour from €980 (Ghost, full programme with Städel Museum, Restaurant Lafleur 2★, and Sachsenhausen).

The Cullinan is a practical option for families or clients with specific Ardennes road segments on the return.
