For Gulf-region clients, specialist Arabic and Levantine chefs are available from within our European network.

Morning Market Sourcing

Ingredients are sourced the same morning from Brussels's specialist suppliers: Place Sainte-Catherine fish market, Marché du Midi (Saturday), La Botte d'Or for premium produce, Maison Antoine for charcuterie, and direct from Belgian artisan producers for seasonal items. No pre-packaged shortcuts.

What is included in the FFGR Belgium private chef service?

The standard service includes: pre-event menu consultation (WhatsApp or video call), morning ingredient sourcing from Brussels markets and specialist suppliers, full preparation in the client's kitchen or venue, complete service for the duration of the dinner (plating, table service, refills), and kitchen cleaning and restoration within 30 minutes of service completion. Optional additions include: sommelier wine pairing, cocktail preparation, amuse-bouche and pre-dinner canapés, cheese trolley, and dessert service.
