New Year's Eve in Brussels centres on the Grand Place — the fireworks display at midnight is launched from the Hôtel de Ville belfry and visible from the square and the surrounding streets. The evening circuit for FFGR Belgium clients begins at a hotel pre-dinner drinks reception, continues to a gala dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and concludes with the midnight Grand Place moment followed by a late supper or private gathering.
Grand Place logistics: the Grand Place and its approaches are pedestrianised from 22:00 on 31 December. FFGR Belgium positions the vehicle at the nearest accessible drop-off (typically the Place de Brouckère or Rue de la Montagne) for the midnight walk to the Grand Place. The vehicle waits at the agreed rendezvous point for post-midnight pickup.
New Year's Eve restaurants: Comme Chez Soi and La Villa in the Sky both operate special New Year's menus (2-3 seatings, reservations 6-12 weeks in advance).
