Four Ardennes Properties
Château de Spa
The leading hotel of the Ardennes. Thermal access, panoramic terrace above the Spa valley, and the Château Dining Room. FFGR Belgium arranges preferred suite allocation and private dining arrangements.
Manoir de Lébioles
A neo-gothic manor house set in private parkland above Spa. Exceptional Ardennes forest environment, fireplace suites, and an acclaimed restaurant. FFGR Belgium arranges estate access and vehicle positioning at the manor entrance.
Château d'Hassonville
18th-century château hotel adjacent to the Han-sur-Lesse caves and the Lesse valley. Individually furnished suites, game room, and exceptional regional cuisine. FFGR Belgium uses this property for Ardennes programmes combining gastronomy and nature.
Private Estate Rental
For complete privacy, FFGR Belgium arranges exclusive-use Ardennes château rentals — entire properties with private grounds, staff, and kitchen. Typically 5–10 bedrooms, suitable for family or corporate groups. Private chef deployed from Brussels.
A Weekend, Planned to the Hour
Rolls-Royce Cullinan from Brussels
Your Rolls-Royce Cullinan departs Brussels on Friday afternoon (departure from 16:00 recommended to avoid commuter traffic on the E411). The Ardennes approach via Namur is 2 hours — private workspace, Champagne service optional.
Château Arrival
Your vehicle pre-positions at the château entrance. FFGR Belgium confirms estate access arrangements and any private parking requirements with the property in advance. Evening arrival (18:00–19:00) allows for aperitif before dinner.
Private Chef Dinner
A Michelin-calibre private chef, arranged by FFGR Belgium, prepares dinner in the château kitchen — Ardennes produce, charcuterie, regional cheeses, and a wine selection paired by an optional sommelier. Intimate dinner for 2 to 20 guests.
Forest & Estate Programme
Saturday activity programme by FFGR Belgium concierge: guided walk through Hautes Fagnes, Coo waterfall, Han-sur-Lesse caves, wine estate visit, or simply the estate grounds. Rolls-Royce available throughout for all movements.
Michelin Dining or Chef Return
Saturday dinner at a starred Ardennes address (La Source, Château de Hassonville restaurant, or La Bergerie de Fayembois) or second private chef evening. FFGR Belgium manages reservations with preferred access.
Sunday Return to Brussels
Departure at your preferred time — typically 11:00 after late breakfast. Return to Brussels or onward to any European destination via the FFGR Group network. Vehicle repositioned at Brussels arrival no later than 14:00.
Sites & Experiences
Coo Waterfall
Belgium's highest waterfall. Accessible by the Rolls-Royce to the lower car park (5-minute walk).
Han-sur-Lesse Caves
UNESCO-listed cave system inhabited since prehistoric times. Private guided tour available through FFGR Belgium.
Hautes Fagnes Nature Reserve
Belgium's highest plateau — a wild moorland above 700m, walkable from several château properties.
Château de Freÿr
Baroque château on the Meuse with formal French gardens. Private guided visit arranged by FFGR Belgium.
Abbaye de Floreffe
Premonstratensian abbey with a private tour available. Brewery (Floreffe) adjacent — tasting available.
La Source Restaurant
Spa's finest table. FFGR Belgium concierge arranges reservations 5–7 days in advance (typically 3+ week wait independently).
The main Ardennes châteaux are 120–190 kilometres from Brussels. Château de Spa is 130 km (E411 then E42, approximately 1h45). Manoir de Lébioles is 135 km (same route, 1h50). Han-sur-Lesse is 120 km (2 hours via the E411). FFGR Belgium times Friday departures to avoid the Brussels ring road peak hour — a 16:30 departure typically clears the urban corridor by 17:30.
A standard FFGR Belgium Ardennes weekend includes: Rolls-Royce Cullinan with chauffeur (Friday departure, Saturday full day, Sunday return), private chef for one or both dinners, château reservation management, activity coordination (caves, forest walks, wine estate), and a single FFGR Belgium coordinator handling all logistics. Inclusions and pricing are confirmed by proposal — contact us via WhatsApp.
Yes — and this is the preferred configuration for race weekend clients. The Ardennes château acts as your race weekend base, with Rolls-Royce ground transfer (or helicopter) to Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps on race days. The circuit is 10–20 km from the principal château properties. FFGR Belgium manages the full weekend: accommodation, race day transfer, Paddock Club access, and dining.
FFGR Belgium places Michelin-calibre private chefs in Ardennes properties with 7 days notice (48 hours for established clients). A typical Saturday evening dinner includes: 5-course Ardennes menu with charcuterie, trout, game, and cheese; wine pairing by optional sommelier; full kitchen brigade for 8+ guests. Minimum notice: 7 days for new clients, 48 hours for standing accounts.
Yes. FFGR Belgium serves UHNW families regularly for Ardennes weekends. Family configurations include: Rolls-Royce Cullinan (seats 3–4 plus luggage), Sprinter Executive for larger families, and specific property selection with family-appropriate estates (pool access, children's activity space). The Han-sur-Lesse caves, Coo waterfall, and several estate walks are excellent family programmes. FFGR Belgium coordinates child-appropriate private chef menus on request.
Pricing varies by property, group size, and inclusions. A two-person Ardennes weekend (Friday–Sunday) with Rolls-Royce Cullinan, one private chef dinner, and château accommodation typically starts from €2,800. Exclusive-use château rental for a group of 10–12 starts from €8,000 for the weekend (two nights, private chef both evenings, FFGR Belgium coordination). Contact us for a tailored proposal.
